Qualifications:

• Male
• Between 23 to 35 years old
• Must have at least high school diploma
• With at least 3 years similar working experience
• With valid Passport
• Good communication skills
• Must have good knowledge in agricultural practices and experience in fruit tree, vegetables, and field crops
• Experience in herb production is an advantage
• Solid experience in protected agriculture is an advantage
• With hands-on experience in planting, cultivating, and harvesting vegetables, fruits, herbs, and field crops using hand tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning hooks, shears and knives
• With hands-on experience in applying fertilizers, transplanting, weeding, thinning, or pruning crops, applying pesticides, cleaning, packing, and loading harvested products.
